What about 'weird food'? How adventurous are you? Or do you know someone who has or would try any of the below? (Tag them) Now we won't have scorpions 🦂 on our Pizzas, lol. But we have tried a few alternative meats like Elk, Bison, Kangaroo, Ostrich, Crocodile, Alpaca, Camel, Horse, Reindeer, Snails, Wild Boar, Zebra, Squirrel and Frogs Legs. All of the above I have eaten and some are nice but too chewy and some aren't so nice. And some are just difficult to cook right. But the real stand out winners are Ostrich (for burgers), Elk (ultra tender and full of flavour, like a Godly Fillet Steak), Crocodile (weird the first time, like fishy chicken 🐔, but genuinely nice), and Kangaroo Steaks and Bison Steaks are winners too! What would you try? And what have I missed for something a little different. We don't mind stocking a little bit of exotic meats just to measure the demand. We know we aren't going to sell much, but we are just trying to create a food delivery service that is a real alternative to anything else around.
