The multiverse theory!
From what we learned in the last episode of Go rush, Yuna Goha created Rush duels.
But, we all know that Yuga Ohdo created them.
Someone think that's because of multiverse...
But, multiverse is different. It's another world with same characters, but different personalities (experience from Dr. Strange)
I think Go rush takes place in alternative world where the characters have last names as Sevens characters or their names are a bit altered...
What's an alternative world?
One of many possible space-time continua, having a different history (like go rush creator city or the name being changed from Goha city to Mutsuba city) or physical laws than our own space-time continuum.
Go rush isn't related to the previous series.
Arc V for example did have the multiverse because ex. Jack from Arc V and Jack from 5ds were different. That's the multiverse.
Alternative world is just what's happening in Go rush.
Well at the end it's just a theory... Anime theory.
