I can reccomend scratchy clothing, to mimic the feeling of what static sounds/looks like

haze-y themed make up, fuzzy black eye shadow on your undereye that expands out to your cheeks

clothing wise, static isnt completely black and white , sometimes theres specks of other color; incorporate little keychains and accessories that give sparks of color to your outfits

tv static tends to be associated with older tvs or devices, try incorporating older styles ! stuff like 90s themed

static is caused by picking up signals wrong, if you have over ear headphones you could add antennas (like an older TV or radio would have) on a pair of headphones, or alternatively a headband

fizzy drinks, fizzy foods (pop rocks !!) could imitate the feeling of being static

Also do you know if there’s a generally accepted term for winged humanoids? I’m getting kinda sick of having to call myself winged humanoid kin.

answering this ask out of order because I have an immediate response due to me being winged.

I generally would recommend something like straps you can put under clothes to have the feeling of something on your back. (like thick elastic) , if you dont mind something visable something heavier like a bookbag to simulate the weight of wings. also ponchos and/or jackets ties around your shoulders !!

I generally use "avian" to describe beings winged, and that can vary from only winged to having feathered / more bird-like features

homunculi assist in/make other beings, you could make other beings out of air dry clay or other forms of clay

as theyre intended to be assistants, you could apply for modding positions in online spaces

Fullmetal alchemist wise (from what I found) are based on the seven deadly sin, whichever you are you could journal thoughts relating to that

full metal alchemist homunculi dont need to eat, but they do consume red stones. for the red aspect you can eat things like strawberrys, red gummies, cherries, for the hard stone aspect you can have suckers/lolipops
