It feels like a damn shame to miss out on something that sounds and smells as good as Felix. He can only imagine the way his lips move when he speaks, the way his neck arches delicately when he sighs, and the way his eyes roll irritably when he’s being a shit. Roman misses the way many things look -- the city at night, the stars in the sky, her -- but he never imagined he would miss something he’s never even seen.
“This is bullshit,” The demon’s voice is a lazy grumble, resonating in his chest. A siren drifts in from the window by the street outside, along with the scent of some shitty taco vendor that would probably give any human being food-poisoning. Maybe even himself. He rolls onto his side, his face burrowing into the soft skin of the others arm, then sighs. “You could look like that guy in Titanic and I’d never even fucking know.”
