I'm currently working on deciphering the "language" Mira uses for spellcasting in Spell X Swords, and what I'm currently tryïng involves copyïng everything said in it over to a text document, but because they aren't characters I can actuälly type I have to assign each one a number.
I can also guarantee that I have made multiple mistakes, which is why some numbers don't have letters assigned to them.
This is however something you become quite good at, and after a certain point it becomes easy to recognise certain characters. This is not a skill that will ever be useful in the rest of my life.
I have figured out exactly one character though. It's completely useless, as it's literally just a period, but I have identified it.
#I've also got a particular hatred for 5 and 9#both of them look like they're made up of two characters#(5 looks like A-B and 6 looks like B-A (letters used because they're not actuälly separate characters))#but nooooo they're individuäl characters.#Spell X Sword#Also there are just so many crows feet.#Also it has separate capitalised and uncapitalised characters#because of fucking course it does.#It's that the capitalised characters at least seem to be clearly related to the uncapitalised ones.#WELL EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE FUCKING CHARACTER I GUESS!!!#ALSO THE WORD IT'S IN APPEARS TWICE FOR AS FAR AS I CAN TELL#BUT BOTH ARE AT THE START OF A FUCKING SENTENCE#Alright nevermind#found it.
