Hawk for once is just looking down at this half cold beer. Usually he’s the third one to start sowing the beers at their little get togethers. He’s only on his second beer at this point when before he would at least be on his fourth of the night. Instead he just messes with the lid of the can.

“So what’s your deal? You have been acting weird for the past few months now man. Just tell us what’s up.” Robby says as he looks away from the gross scene of drinking from the other two alphas. This catches the attention of the others pretty quickly. Most of them put their drinks down as they look at Hawk. Hawk wants to roll his eyes at them, tell them to fuck off and leave him alone for the night.

But also deep down he knows he can’t keep hiding his thoughts and feelings about everything that has happened in the past few months. It’s only a matter of time before it completely eats away at him. He won’t be able to hide it for much longer without all of his thoughts bubbling out.

He swirls his beer around before looking up at them. His face is a mix of emotions that can’t be exactly pin pointed. A mix of sadness and questioning.

He sighs before saying “Remebrt a few months ago when I was having money issues?” Most of them nod. Demetri comes back with “Yeah but you figured it out right? You haven’t been struggling for money since then I’m pretty sure.” Hawk nods but continues on “Well yeah I’m doing fine but…I kinda did something to get the money and now it’s kinda eating at me.” There is a long pause. The room is completely silent for a good few minutes.

“You didn’t do anything illegal did you?” Sam says with a brow raised.

“What the hell? No! I didn’t do anything illegal. I though we where long past that shot Sam.” He huffs at the omega. It had been a few years since the shit in cobra kai happened and most of it and the feeling on it long gone. He was no longer stealing and vandalizing things in his free time. Sam throws her hands up in defense and backs off the situation.

“Remember when Tory made the comment about the donation bank a while back.”

“Dude that was a joke I was just trying to lighten the mood. You where being a total fucking buzz kill that night.” Tory snorts as she sips her beer. Hawks eyes are hard as he looks at her. Both Sam and Moon look at each other beofre looking at Miguel. He cocks a brow before saying “A few months ago Tory made a snarky comment about Hawk going to one of those sperm donation centers to donate and possibly get laid in the process to get some extra cash. It was just a shitty joke.” He looks at Hawk “I don’t know why you would still be thinking about that. It was just a stupid comment.”

Hawk sighs and sits back in the recliner he’s in. He rubs at his face and scratches at his cheeks, the whole time his gaze is down casted. His hands feel clammy almost lead like.

“You did it didn’t you? You went and donated.” Moons voice cuts in and makes everyone look over at her. Her face is soft but still serious as she looks at the deflated alpha.

“Dude…that’s great! You helped someone start a family. Why would you be upset? I thought you would be cool with donating. When we where kids you always talked about pups, I thought you would be happy to help someone start a family.” Demetri sounds happy for once and isn’t just rambling off about facts or negative shit. He sounds genuinely happy for his long time friends. Most of the other are in a similar position on the news. Hawk really doesn’t seem like the kinda of guy to be upset about something like this. He did choose to donate.

“Well Tory was right about the whole getting laid part. But it was different then you would expect.”

“Nice~”

“You fell for the omega didn’t you?”

Sam is the one who cuts off Tory’s nasty thoughts this time. Everyone is kinda stunned at her comment. Looking back at Hawk they see it now. The way his face turns sad and a small town start to form on his lips. His brows knit together in deep thought.

“It was really weird at first ok? Like I was already to donate and get it over with. I was getting more money by doing the live donation, but when I go into the stupid room…I got nervous alright! Like I admit it. But then…” he pauses making everyone cock a brow at him.

He sighs “ They had her poke though the wall because it was anonymous. We weren’t supposed to see each other the whole time. But when I got closer to her I just kinda started to freeze a little, and then I smelled her. She wasn’t in heat it wasn’t like that. I just smelled her natural scent and my head got all fuzzy and my face got hot…and even from the midsection down she was cute…and hot, but mainly cute. And I could hear her from the other side of the wall. She was just as nervous as I was so I tried to talk to her. She just went limp after I told her to relax and I pumped out my own scent to try and calm her down.”

Hawk chewed on his lip “Then at the end I knew she was holding back like she was nervous to you know….orgasm. So I told her to hold my hand and like she grabbed my hand! And we just held hands the whole time after and it was…it was nice. But right after it was over they took her away.” His voice slowly dropped at the end. His feelings finally getting to him as he finally said them out loud.

Moon and Miguel looked like they where about to cry.

“Hawk I’m so sorry, that was definitely a emotional moment. It sounds like even for that short amount of time the two of you started to bond. Even just a little, I can only imagine she felt the same.” Moon get up and walks over to him. She places a hand on his hand gently squeezes it. She try’s her best to muster up a smile but it’s just a sad frown.

“Hawk I’m sorry…that sound rough.” Miguel says trying to blink away his own tears. His brown eyes are a bit misty after hearing the story.

“If that doesn’t sound sad enough for you, they called me back a few weeks later about my payment. Apparently it took…”

“Eli…”

“The doctor said they couldn’t give me information but I kinda pried it out of them…she’s healthy…and it’s twins.”

It’s quiet again.

“I’m never going to see her again. I’m never going to get the chance to actually meet her. I’ll never have the chances to meet the pups.” His voice cracks but he try’s to cover it with a cough. It’s clear to everyone now that this has really been messing with him for good reason. He feel for the omega.

“Say Hawk, when exactly did this happen?” Moon questions but her voice is genuine. Hawk straights back up and try’s to pull himself together “I believe about four months ago, five next week.” Moon slumps back on the floor for a moment. She crosses her arms a squints. Her eyes going back and forth like she is trying to calculate something. Humming she says “Do you remember anything about her physical appearance wise? I know you didn’t see her face but…” Hawk gives a small nod “She was a little chubby and I remember she had a little mark.” She missions to a small area on him self where he remembered seeing a small detailed mark on her. Maybe a scar or a birthmark.

Demetri cocks his head at her saying “Moon what are you up too.” He definitely knows something is going on. He can see it in the girls face. She’s definitely thinking really hard about something as she listens to Hawk’s story again in her mind. Moon is pretty smart when she wants to be.

“I don’t want to get your hopes up because that would be super messed up. But I was thinking back to a few months ago. I have a new client list with my midwife practice. Sometimes the community of midwives in the area will talk and swap cases. Sometimes they are contacted by a omega or alpha to be a midwife for a pregnancy but ultimately something comes up and the midwife can’t do it. So we try and help find them a new midwife or one that can take over.” Everyone sits on the edge of their seats as they let the women go on. Waiting for her to get to the point already.

“About four months ago I picked up a new client. First time mom, single, sperm donor, a little chubby with a mark in the same area actually… and she’s due with twin.”

Tory perked up and put her beer down. She almost coughed up the last sip she had. Whipping at her mouth with the back of her short sleeve she says “Wait are you trying to say that you might know Hawk’s faceless baby’s mama??” Moon give a hesitant nod.

“The timeline adds up. It would be insanely lucky if so but it could definitely be her. She’s almost five months along, she was about two months when I first started seeing her. She’s very sweet, she spent almost all of her savings to pay for the clinic fees to get the donation. She’s really excited to be a mom, she couldn’t believe it when they told her it was twins. Now it kinda makes sense, in a cute way kinda because she said she believes that her donor was special and that’s why she ended up with twins. She didn’t really talk about it much and I didn’t try and push it.”

Miguel almost shot up in his seat. He grinned saying “Moon you have to set them up! I mean yeah good for you Hawk if we found your baby mama and everything but like, WE have to know if it’s her!” The guy was practically vibrating as he cheered. He thought that if there was any chance that it was the same omega that Hawk should take the chance and try and meet her.

Hawk was slowly becoming more and more excited as the conversation went on.

There was a real possibility that it was the same omega, his omega. He had to take the opportunity if Moon was able to help him out. If it was really the same Omega, Then maybe there was a chance that he could finally meet her.  That there was a possible chance that he could finally get some closure on his feelings. Even if she didn’t end up liking him back, at least he knew he tried.

“Moon please. If it’s the same omega then I want to have a chance to make my peace. I can’t keep bottling my feelings up, I need to tell her how I feel. I completely take responsibility. If she doesn’t like me back I just have to tell her.” Hawk for the first time in years begged. 

“I can try, but I’m not gonna try and force her to meet you. Maybe I can get her to meet me somewhere and you can “bump into” her. That’s the best I can do. I don’t want to overwhelm her.”

“Moon that’s all I need, thank you.”
