UPDATE: Went to see my chiropractor today for my knee!!! It’s feeling much better. Not 100%, but doing a-okay! 👌 . I was happy to learn it wasn’t anything major. Just an issue that’s apparently been building up and has had horrible timing presenting itself. 🤦‍♀️ . Things won’t be perfect, knee wise, come race day, but this is just one more little hurdle that will test my strength...both physically AND mentally. 💪 . Pain is weakness leaving your body right?
