That’s the number so far for my ‘secretive diet la kononnya. Last timbang memang 10hb tu je. Lepas tu macam dah tak kuasa. Sebab dah tau dah ke mana je nombornya.
Hari tu bukan main dah berazam, selagi tak der penimbang tak mau start diet. Nak jadikan benda tu konon semangat la boleh timbang hari-hari. Tapii bila dah boleh timbang hari-hari jadi macam stressss pulak sebab nombor macam tak berubah pun.
Dah tu, camner nak berubahnya kalau asyik makan jeeeee. Ntah bila nak betul-betul diet ntah laaaaa.
Ini pun silap-silap kalau timbang esok, maunya berat dah jadi 69kg paaaa.
Arghhh.. ari tu dah cakap, kalau tak boleh nak turun sangat, at least nak control supaya jangan naik sangat. Sekarang ini padan muka!!
