That moment when you slip stepping into the shower and think, “so this is how it ends.” 

So there I was stranded at Santa Monica Pier not able to see anything clearly further than 3 inches from my nose. I mentioned to several people that I was pretty much disabled without corrective eyewear. It was like everyone and their perfect vision could give a damn. I messaged a friend for help and they couldnt help me. What was I to do? I drove my silly ass home cause thats what you do when there is nobody to come save you. Its not the first time something this serious has happened. I made it back to the pad without killing myself or anyone else. I ended up having to go the long way cause I couldnt read the exit signs. Nor could I see landmarks, plus it was night time driving. I couldnt have done anything without the internet.
