These Almond Joy Cookie Bars combine the classic flavors of almond, coconut, and chocolate for a delectable treat. They're simple to make and ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut. 1 3/4 cups chocolate chips. 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds. 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Melt the butter and mix the graham cracker crumbs together in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan in a round shape. Put the chocolate chips, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut on top of the crust. Spread the sweetened condensed milk out evenly on top of the layers. After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookie bars out of the oven, let them cool all the way down on a wire rack in the pan. Cut it into bars when it's cool and enjoy!
