• National Love Your Pet Day • ( AKA a normal day around here 🐾) Did you know through weddings, engagements, portrait sessions and our work with rescues/shelters last year we met around 150 fur-babies?! Lately Tyler and I, and Studio Twelve:52 as a whole, is most known for our dog-friendly reputation, ESPECIALLY in the wedding industry. I mean, what goes together better than love and puppies? 😂🤷🏻♀️❤️. Example, sweet Aspen here and her humans who recently tied the knot - they included her in their engagement session and wedding day formals... and in normal pup-in-photos fashion, had no problem being in the spotlight ✨. About 75% of our weddings choose to include pets (not just dogs) in their photography services booked through us and we LOVE IT. Being named top dog-friendly photography company last year only added to this reputation and we already have 42 pup-inclusive weddings alone next year. Not all venues are dog-friendly, but we have a list of our favorites on the Studio Twelve:52 blog (on our website) if you‘re on the hunt for one already. Just keep in mind you can always schedule formal photos at a nearby park if they can’t come on property. Bonus tip: there’s even great services like @doggysocial_mn now who bring your pups right to you and safely back home. We usually only need them for about 15-20 minutes total to include them in a variety of shots between you two, your wedding party and some solo shots. So truly, it’s a lot less of a process than you’d think 😊.
