To be honest, I think she always knew. She repressed the memory and was willing to latch on to Cassidy’s “It was William” theory, but I think so think William’s springlocking incident was the moment that pushed her over the edge and convinced her that it was Henry.

Two separate kids! David Murray died shortly before David Afton was born. On the naming thing, it’s actually one of the big reasons Mrs. Afton left—she was upset over William wanting to name their son after David Murray—even if Will swore up and down it was because his own middle name was David.

For the WilliamWasFramed!AU, I put Arnold (and Andy/Dispatch) around late 20s/early 30s when they died. Arnold has an ex-wife, but no kid.

The “purely ghost” characters (i.e. character not attached to a specific animatronic) are always interesting to me—namely, what does possessing a computer or phone look like? I like to imagine they have their own little mind palaces they retreat to, and they all look different based on what they’re possessing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In all seriousness, Mark’s almost too forgiving at times—he’s a peacemaker at heart and spoiled Cassidy almost as badly as Will spoiled Elizabeth. Pair that with the guilt of her dying in the first place, and Mark’d forgive just about anything she did.

I think Cassie is aware that ghosts are involved? Mostly because I think Gregory knows ghosts are involved, and Cassie and Gregory are friends. But I also think she knows there are robots that aren’t possessed, like the Glamrocks. Most importantly, she also doesn’t know (or, doesn’t want to believe) that her missing father is actually dead, so it’s easier to think Mask Bot is a curious AI rather than a ghost.

Because Candy Cadet is his favorite little non-lethal money maker and Michael cried when he thought he’d lost him to the FNaF 6 fire.
