You know, for some reason I never think of libraries. I'm guessing the big one downtown is really good? From what I can tell, the UW libraries are pretty much only open to students, unless you pay for a visitor card (which you may not even qualify for). :/

This is super true. They had Sichuan (Szechuan) chicken at the KFC I went to in China. They also have these egg tart things that those who like the kind of cakes sold at East Asian style bakeries are likely to enjoy.
