Allison made sure that she was one of Noah’s first customers once he’d gotten his tattooing license. It wasn’t anything difficult (not that she doubted him in the least at anything more detailed, of course), but was a simple word near the inside of her left elbow.

She had Noah tattoo “Determination” in Arabic on her.

"You're glowing, Allie," Lavender grinned and commented calmly. "You look so happy ... I don't think I've ever seen you this happy."

Allison gazed down at her growing stomach with her mouth agape. "I am," she replied after a short pause waved over.

Allison Thomas was pregnant with her second child; and to think her and Karim’s exact dreams from when they were about to leave Hogwarts were coming true still, in a way, was unbelievable. Allison knew that her mom and Karim’s mom were two of the best seers in their year, and divination was one of both Shavari and Allison’s best magical talents as well. Karim hadn’t been as interested in the class as his sister or Allison, but Allison did know that Karim had pretty small spurts of fortune telling abilities as years went on. Compared to the tiny instances, it may have been the fact that Karim perfectly called the recent part of his and Allison’s future that made her as in awe as she was.

Alliyah was the first to come into his ‘imagination’. The woman remembered the story perfectly and she knew it was a moment she’d never forget, for it was not only a special moment due to its detail and due to it leading to a number of building conversations after, but it was the first time her best friend had drawn something in months. Allison remembered that Karim had called her down to see the sketch of their future baby girl in the winter of fifth year at school. She remembered his nervousness of showing her and finding out what her reaction would be, but she also remembered his excitement and happiness that pushed through. She remembered that he was thinking of Allison at the time, and then Alliyah, to be a way of muse for him to try to draw again. It was the happiness he found in the girls that allowed him to have the muse, and ultimately what Allison figured out was a very powerful vision of their future baby girl.

Kamal had been a different story, but of course she remembered the simplicity still. They were in the Room of Requirement’s projection of the Thomas family brownstone’s living room when Allison merely asked Karim if he could draw a picture of what he thought Kamal would look like. The two had drawings of them and Alliyah, but not of their future baby boy to complete the family at the time.

Allison had been knocked out of her stupor by her mom’s voice.

“What’s her name going to be?” Lavender asked, donning a knowing smirk.

Allison’s own dazed smile fell slightly during a few seconds of silence, but she took a deep breath, pushed it out and said confidently, “Alliyah Branna Thomas.” She knew her mother had an inkling of something, and Allison smiled a little more. “Yes, we’ve- ... had this planned,” and she knew that Lavender knew Allison meant more than just a simple name.

“By how much?”

“... As much as we could figure out ...”

Allison told her mom about the drawings; she told her about some of the conversations Karim and Allison had in school about what they pictured the children to be like,how the start of it all came to be. Not to be confused, Allison also made it known that the two would love however the children ended up turning out, for their ideas were merely - probably - imagination to get them through that point of time during their school years; thinking kindly of the future. If the two turned out exactly how Karim and Allison pictured, then great; and if not, then that was just as fine. She knew that her mom would keep the secret if she was asked to as well, and that was the reason why Allison was as confident as she was in telling her.

“You two must be very happy then, hm?” Lavender smiled to her daughter, letting the information sink in.

The girl let out a scoff to laugh and said lightly, nodding, trying hard to hold back any potential tears, “Overjoyed ... ”

Lavender was just as happy as her daughter and son-in-law were, and she definitely wasn’t afraid to show it.

Kamal needed somewhere safe to keep his canvas when travelling with it.

Alliyah had a car of her own as well for its safety, but preferred wizarding means of travel when she could anyway.

Kellan, Shayne, nor Fiona cared to have it.

With the idea of amortentia in mind, Caterina created a candle that fulfilled the craving scents of each person in the house when lit, so they didn't have to smell the same thing if they didn't care for one scent. The potent smell filled the room in just a few seconds.

i.e. When Allison wasn't drinking coffee during her pregnancies and was crazing some, she would light the candle and it would smell like espresso to her only, and something else to someone else in the house. It also had the tendency to give off a scent of her fireside candles she had growing up when she wanted the smoky scent, and the smell of Karim's sugar cookies when she wanted something sweeter.

Along with both magical and mundane healing plants, she also grew fresh herbs for Karim's cooking.

Note: the magical plants located in Allison's garden were not those in which easily caught attention of muggles (e.i. plants like Mandrakes or Venomous Tentacular).
