well, for them to fall that fast iād assume youād just have a large amount of force pushing the bombs down. because things donāt really fall in space so much as they /move/. the only thing that doesnāt actually make sense is their acceleration ā because things donāt accelerate (in a vacuum like space) unless they have some sort of way to /continuously/ propel them forwards
BUT ANYWAY. we can assume that maybe the bombs have some sort of internal mechanism propelling them forwards jOB DONE.

Just wanna add in something, it is said in the visual dictionary that each of the small bombs operates on magnetics - not only are the bombs lowered to push them down, thereās magnetics built in to make sure they are pulled towards the target
