Soooo a friend of mine and I were leaving the mall minding when all of a sudden I couldn't find my phone. I jokingly said "All hail The Watcher!" My friend screamed, started laughing and snapped this picture of a woman in her car who stared at us for the next 5 minutes before we eventually left.
