Oh! In my humble opinion, I’ve gotta give this one to Cash.
I’ll be super honest and admit these two didn’t do a lot for me prior the the past couple of years. Part of it is I had given up watching wrestling for a long time prior to AEW and while I found them technically gifted prior to that, they didn’t pull me in the way that they really did right around the time of Young Bucks vs FTR 1 and even more with the formation of the Pinnacle. They both really won me over. But Dax much more in a way that I’d like to have a beer with him and talk about life and his family and just hang out.
Cash has become a real cutie in my eyes and I had been sloooowly starting to be like 👀. And then I listened to his solo interview for the Sessions and went, all right sir. You’ve got me. I’m here. I’m hooked. I even like the mullet.
This might be a hot take, but I think the House of Black and Death Triangle match is going to be a sleeper pick to be a show stealer. The rest of the card is great, but I really think that one is going to stick out.
I hope so!! I am really excited to see them face off, especially the whole team. I think it’s going to be great and I do think people are probably overlooking it right now because it’s been a bit stop-and-go with injuries and other folks getting involved. But I LOVE trios matches. I love the chaos of anything with 6+ people so I am stoked for it. Especially because these six in particular are SO talented.
