Fur balls, somewhere around my blog's one year anniversary. Time for a post about the future
This could get lengthy. Let's all meet up under the cut.Â
So I started this blog a year ago some time between the end of October and the start of December. Seems like a good enough time to state my intentions about the future and stuff.Â
Blogwise things seem to be going well. Maintaining casual acquaintances and outright friendships with plenty of fellow bloggers ;3 Think I'm covering a wide enough range of fandoms to count as a general cool stuffs blog.
In terms of physical health, I honestly don't think I get enough exercise. Might go spend Saturdays at my Apartment's fitness centers from here until January. I haven't been eating enough (and well, either) of late due to my work schedule and the desire to be thrifty... tbh it's kinda making me dizzy ^^" Need to stay hydrated...
Ultimately, Florida has overstayed its welcome. My goal for the next year is to move somewhere with better career prospects, somewhere that conceivably pays a higher wage, and somewhere that has 4 seasons and natural scenery. Somewhere north and west should do it. Colorado, Idaho, or Washington state ought to do it. Places with mountains and/or hills. Also it's much more in line with Azure's plans ;3 Probably be hard without a job but with my experience now and a solid plan for once I think I can start looking around February.Â
Career-wise I'd like to do something related to Data, GIS, or something entrepreneurial in that vein. Those're where my strengths lie after all.
More immediately I have three cons in quick succession early next year: AOD in San Fran in late January, a con here in Pensacola in Feb, and Megacon once again in March. Should be fun. Hope to meet a few followers at Megacon again~ and I'll probably gain a few dozen more if precedent holds.
