I had no clue what Milia were until I started looking for answers for these little while, cyst type things that began to appear on my face beneath my eyes. They weren’t pimples or blackheads, they didn’t hurt, but they didn’t come out. Squeezing didn’t do anything but irritate my skin. They lasted a long time, never really changing.

After using the Facial Cleanser from It Works, I noticed that they became slightly larger over time. After 3 weeks, the one on my left side opened slightly on its own after my shower. I was able to push the substance out gently with a q-tip. It was white and hard, like a little pearl. The area closed up on its own after a day. No scar was left.

After another week, the right side did the same. I’m so happy with how safely and gently they came out.

I am so digging this cleanser! Each tube lasts me well over a month, and I know my hubby uses it too! Lol A tiny bit goes a long way. Super safe and gentle.
