I am tired of existing in a world where my needs are invisible, where my pain is background noise, where my fear is treated like an inconvenience. I am tired of living in a world where men hate women for no reason and yet still want our bodies.

They hate us, but they want to touch us.

They hate us, but they want to use us.

They hate us, but they want access.

There is no equivalent violence the other way around. No hatred women have inflicted on men compares to what men have done to women for centuries, systematically, casually, proudly. And still we are told to be polite about it.

I don’t want to be desired. I want to be human.

I am exhausted from living in a body that I cannot fully protect. A body that makes me a target. A body that is constantly watched, evaluated, fetishized, threatened. From my mouth to my chest to my vagina every part of me is treated as public property. A category. A resource.

Everything about womanhood is turned into a fetish, and then they act confused when we say we feel unsafe. As if obsession without respect isn’t violence. As if wanting us while refusing to see us as people isn’t cruelty.

We are not loved. We are collected. Used. Discarded.

We are told this is nature that this is desire, that this is just how the world works. But the truth is simpler and uglier: this world was not built for us. Our bodies and the earth itself are treated as enemies to conquer, exploit, and control.

I am so tired of carrying this reality in my skin.

I am done pretending this is normal.
