This is becoming more and more dumb the longer I look at it, so I’m just going to post it now...
I’m calling them Geist (singular/plural)
Okay, so... I’m not going to write anything with Alien!Danny, so the concept, name, look, etc, is free to use for anyone who wants to.
I mainly created this for a Star Wars fusion crossover, so I didn’t have to make Danny a human/ghost hybrid, which is really tough to pull off (in my opinion) in the Star Wars universe, even if they canonically have ghosts... but it’s not panning out at all, so... here!
Lore (authors’ discretion) : The Geist
The Geist are a stealth predator species. They can stay perfectly still for long periods of time (becoming almost invisible), and have enhanced reflexes.
Evolved from carnivores to omnivores, they still have sharp teeth/fangs.
Their eyes don’t glow, but they reflect the light very easily, and can see in the dark.
I wanted to add scales/more reflective bits on his face (upper cheeks, nose, forehead, chin) and body (shoulders, tops of hands, knees, chest, feet), but it didn’t look good because I’m not that good, but it’s still in the lore, so...
Scales on face/body reflect light and glitter, attracting prey to them.
In some versions, they are also an empathic species, needing positive emotions (love/support/friendship) as nutrients for their physical health as well as mental.
Their skin are different shades and hues of greens and blues.
Their hair are different shades of white, grays, and black.
Y’all can mix and match, add or subtract any lore you want if anyone wants to write anything with this, idc.
