Alice you’re so right,, it makes me so sad to think about c!sapnap and his relationships w other characters. In regards to his friendships, his character arc has primarily framed him in the light of a protector, and with the dsmp’s devotion to angst, we’re stuck watching as sapnap’s attempts to protect his friends, his fiancé’s and his own morality slowly slip through his fingers. He’s putting so much responsibility on his own shoulders and it’s a heavy burden to carry. Eventually we’re going to have to watch him break under the pressure of protecting what he thinks he has, realising that there’s nothing he can do to keep them all safe and happy- quackity is gone, Karl is slipping away and george is sleeping a lot more- and it’s going to hurt so much
