Day 6 of Challenge: Funniest Serious Line
Oh God love Marshall Flinkman. This man just kills me. Such a toss up between this and "I think I just got hepatitis!" but Jack just adds so much to this. He seems incredibly bored like this is an everyday thing. Cutting a man's eye out is child's play to him. Ha ha.

47 Days of Alias... Onto Day 3!
Favorite Male Character: Jack Bristow
Where to even start? Jack has been my favorite character of all since I first watched an episode of Alias. Jack, by himself, could be an entire show.
From the beginning, you're always trying to figure him out. Jack seems so cold and indifferent but you quickly realize that there is so much more to him than that. He's willing to do whatever it takes to protect his daughter. Jack will stop at absolutely nothing to keep her safe even if it means he plays the sacrificial lamb and Sydney hates him. How many times did he let her hate him, instead of Laura, even though he knows her true identity?
And the relationship between Jack and Irina... Agh!!! The love and hate Jack has for her is entirely overwhelming. He can never completely walk away from her and they both know it. Even after everything Irina has done, Jack still loves her. There is a bond between them that can never be broken.
Last, but most certainly not least, Jack's character is portrayed by the astounding Victor Garber. What an incredibly talented man. Even at moments when you think Jack may be bad or delusional, Victor Garber makes you love him.
And a quick shout out to how he rocks that horrid mustache as a disguise in India. Ha ha ha! And how he wears glasses during surgery.

Day 2 of Challenge!! Favorite Female Character: Irina Derevko
Hands down, my favorite female character is Irina Derevko. One, how can younotlove this beautiful woman? She is challenging, an enigma, and absolutely gorgeous. The complexity of her character just immediately pulls you in. Irina is so intriguing I just don’t see how you can’t get sucked in by her.
I don’t particularly care how season five went, in my mind, that is all null and void. Ha ha. She was driven, but as many times as she saved both Jack and Sydney, why allow it to all end like that? Irina had worked most of her life to protect both of them in her own twisted way. She was too smart to fall through a simple skylight, in my oh so humble opinion.
“Truth takes time.” I’m basically still holding out for that truth to come. :)
Oy. I just reread this and needed to add something. Ha ha ha! Another part I simply fell in love with when it came to Irina’s character, the simplicity of how strong she is. To leave her homeland in search of an ideal and constantly fight the line of love and devotion to her husband and child, along with Rambaldi, and then the KGB as well… It’s overwhelming how strong and absolutely resilient she is.
Alright, I think I’m done now. I could talk about Irina, alone, for days but I will stop.
Alias Day 1 of challenge!!!
Favorite Episode: The Passage Part One and Two.
I don't think they can really be held apart from each other but if I had to choose, it would be Part Two. You finally get to see the three of them working together and see how they interact. The love from the past mixed with the hate and emotional turmoil of the present.
Seeing Irina finally live up to her reputation... agh! It couldn't have been any better. And Jack's reaction to Cuvee: GET IT, SPYDADDY! And of course the toaster moment. A brief look into the past that couldn't have been any better.

Day 44: Free Space - My favorite Irina & Sydney Moment - "I need you to understand" (2x10 The Abduction)
I could just watch this scene over and over again! It is so amazing! I get so emotional watching it. I mean this is the first time they have been in close contact in over thirty years! I love how Irina was trying to tell Sydney her side of the story or part of her reasons why things are the way they are. I wish I could put into words how much I LOVE this scene but I can't lol!
