Reminder for the summer! Do NOT go into the water if you have open or healing cuts. Bacteria can get into them & cause a nasty infection. You should always cover your healing cuts with a bandage. You should clean it & change the bandage daily. If you have to hide your thigh cuts, get a tankini if you’re a girl or get long swim shorts if you’re a boy. To hide your arm cuts, wear a swimsuit long sleeve shirt. They’re made to help protect you from the sun, so it won’t be suspicious if you ask for one.

Any of y’all have advice on how to get rid of bruises? I’m going on vacation this week & the bruising on my arms hasn’t gone away. Do I massage the area or put ice on it to get rid of it?
