While walking in a United States suburban neighborhood this morning, I saw a yard sign with a message advocating for not introducing smart phones to children until 8th grade. I do not know whether the homeowners intended this sign merely to serve as advice to parents, or if it related to some sort of proposed school policy or something. This made me curious,
