this is so hard and ur evil (i already texted u this and told u this) but:

1. infinity on high- idc what anyone says, this is their best album. every song is so perfect, so complex and well done? like every time i listen to it in it's entirety i'm stunned by how creative and innovative it is

2. mania- might be controversial idk and idc, mania is the Epitome if innovation and creativity. the way they blend genres in this one is just... fucking magical, honestly. groundbreaking in terms of creativity and genre-bending. Why it's number 2 and not number 1 is just because i think ioh edges it out a Little Bit

3. save rock and roll- again, perhaps a controversial choice idk but... same with ioh, all the songs are just So well done? they flow together so well? also ybc is Incredible and just like. as a work of music it is all just so good, but is less creative and innovative than mania, i think

4. folie- although i know folie is a fan favorite and Is absolutely incredible and innovative, creative etc. etc. i feel it's just a lil more unpolished than the three ahead of it? i can't exactly find the words to describe Why i feel it's less polished and musically amazing than the others from an objective standpoint, but it just Is to me

5. abap- it hurts me to put abap this low. makes me wanna cry. But... a common complaint i see about it is how it isn't as creative or New as their other albums and like... yeah i can kinda see that. it does a lot in terms of mixing genre and style which is Why its this high, but i can see how people think it's kinda boring and not As good as their other work. even tho i disagree.

6. futct- again putting this one this low hurts but like. i feel in terms of early/mid-2000s punk rock it's The standard, which makes it Incredibly good in the context of the time and such. but looking at it objectively now, it being The standard makes it look less impressive, especially compared to their other albums.
