It’s fair to say that I am “Captain Pale Ale” when it comes to my beer choices. I pigeon hole myself and forget to try other things. I’d like to say that’s why I bought this from @bayleys_of_bromsgrove but it’s more likely I bought it because I was piddled... either way, I’m glad I did. This fruited sour Pilsener is a collaboration between @cloudwaterbrew and @stillwater_artisanal - its soured with a Lactobacillus culture (obviously) and fermented with German Bock yeast before fruiting with lychees and passion fruit purée. It’s a fun, refreshing pilsener.
