finally out and about on my birthday! visited the national museum of natural history in manila and found the most mentally stimulating exhibits i've seen in a long while. in love with the museum's architecture, a splendid marriage of old and new.

after so many failed attempts, finally facing pre-calculus head on! visited my grandparents and found a few of their plants suffering from root rot, decided to save a few stems and take them home to further help them recover. new plant friends added to my mini-bedroom garden!
what is a hobby you want to take up?
seeing as today's events are very fitting, i'd love to improve my green thumb gardening skills. a self-proclaimed plantito, i have a genuine interest for botany, and would love to have new plant species + experiment with more propagation methods!

decluttered my bedroom and finally mounted a shelf i built last year. distributed my growing plants to more recycled jars, strategically placed on my desk (aka the only place sunlight reaches). organized my summer study schedule and woke up at 6am.
if you are in school or uni/college, what are you studying?
currently an incoming stem program student in high school! anticipating my gen chem, gen bio, gen physics, calc and coding classes in the fall. right now, i'm focused on the SATs while on summer break.

slow progress because my weekends are occupied by my summer job. (re)reading the secret history for the nth time this year, and savoring the song of achilles in honor of pride month.
what is something you want to learn more about?
picked up a secondhand, old copy of without seeing the dawn by stevan javellana and recently finished my el filibusterismo required readings. jose rizal and stevan javellana have such nutritious and compelling novels. i badly wish to learn more about filipino literature, and explore both classic and modern works by authors of my culture.

β’ Create a signature block for your emails. Especially if you're under a certain institution or company. Helps save a lot of time when writing emails, and will keep them professional and corteous.
β’ Email within business hours, or schedule your emails to send within/at a certain time (ex.: 9am, Monday). Respect poeple's time off to rest after a full work day!
