And then there was the time in England, where I carried Shadyvox around! Good times.

Memory shots from Alcon 2012 I can't express enough how much I loved this convention. I just have to go back next year!
Watching part two of FDP's Alcon video...
So many good memories from the Sunday man.
Alcon 2012 (by TheOncomingStormCos)
Finally managed to finish my video for Alcon. There's so much Twin, Nova and Val and guests, that it made me realise I filmed more panels this year than fun with friends. Whoops.
I can't help Crowler's boring classes >_<

Panels, anime screenings, video game tournaments… when you see these you know you’re at Alcon! On September 8th to 9th I attended Anime League con 2012 in Leicester. The best way to describe it would be like living in a real life anime village, where cosplayers are everywhere on the Leicester De Montford University Campus. It was really fun and I enjoyed it a lot!

There were many things I liked about the convention. First of all the video game tournaments. Being an avid fan of Pokemon myself I took part in the Pokemon Black/White tournament on the big screen which was a lot of fun to play in and watch the other matches. There were also lots of panels by many including voice actor Kyle Herbert and Canadian cosplay group Fighting Dreamers Productions (who were very funny indeed!).
Different shots from the Tofu Cute stand
In the main building there were a lot of stalls. Some of my favourites from the dealer’s room included The Khaotic Emporium and of course Tofu Cute, who had a large range of very cute things on offer, including these macaron phone charms. They also had lots of tasty snacks including Hello Panda and all sorts of flavours of Pocky. My favourite things on the stall had to be these Hello Kitty and Rilakkuma bags, which are cute but also very practical and roomy!
Kelsey (KimonoTime) and Rachel (Kanriku) with the adorable bags!
There was also great entertainment. Many guests and bands performed (including the lovely KimonoTime from a previous interview!), as well as a range of evening events such as the cosplay masquerade ball, the talent contest, and a Japanese-style game show. I had a lot of fun and I thank Alcon very much!
I’m going home for Japan Matsuri this weekend! I’ll be appearing in Saturday’s catwalk and I’ll be making a blog entry about it so look out for that. See you next time! Bye bye ~ ☆ミ(o*・ω・)ノ
Next con I wear Clopin to, I plan to make more cosplayers wear this crown. I love this crown now.
Since Hunchback of Notre Dame was featured in Dream Drop Distance of Kingdom Hearts, I had to try and get a photo with FDP while they wore their KH cosplays since I made the Feast of Fools crown for people to wear. Alas, Sora's wig would have being a challange for the crown, but I'm happy to have crowned Roxas and Riku.
Out the two, Roxas is the new King of Fools. No doubt about it.
