this is something that anders also talks about in act 2, about hawke potentially leading the mage rebellion. and i think its interesting that like. anders is the guy with the plans right, he's the one writing manifestos and speaking out, and being an active part of the mage underground and eventually, blowing up the chantry. so its interesting that he's the one sorta pushing for hawke to take this leadership role where like, he's the one actually doing things. and i wonder if its bc of like hawke being influential and having a reputation that could help in terms of leading and dealing with other forces. or if its because maybe anders thinks he wouldnt be able to lead or people wouldn't accept him like they do hawke? idk
