JUMP! ππ omg #TBT to summer of 2017 in Alamo Square park, San Francisco. I donβt know how I got this idea to shoot video in front of the Painted Ladies houses, which if youβve ever visited is a really busy location to capture without people in the way. Even though this silly project is well over two years ago now, I thought it couldnβt just live in the Yogi Z archives lol so here I felt like just sharing today for a little throwback amusement. and Iβm surprised no one has already used this tune for a yoga jumping video!π€£ I donβt recall now the direction I was headed with this project, especially the new outfit which I really thought I could rock out in regular teaching classes and workshops, lol But i think it was something along the intention of sharing an idea and the joyous feeling of jumping around like a kid, and in doing so to experience playfulness and the act of unpredictability in jumping in and out of poses. βAh, can't you see what I mean?
