The title is デッドオンザショートケーキ (Dead on the Shortcake) by the circle はにかむ (Hanikamu)/artist カス (Kasu). This doujin was released in 2012 though, so it's likely out of stock in all stores so if Anon wants it they'd have to buy it secondhand regardless.

The package from akamomos came and oh?? my?? god??? I was already ecstatic with inheriting her old KiyoKuro doujins, but I was also given the KiyoKuro rubber charms and bracelets, which even fit together (!!!), and not to mention the little baby!Kuroko keychain!! IM SO HAPPY ;~~; THANK YOU SO MUCH, THE GOODS WERE SUCH A NICE SURPRISE AND I WAS FLOORED WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE.
