Aisma - The Clouds Covered The Ocean Like A Soft Blanket.Â
Many years ago I often took the train to San Diego just about every other weekend. I love riding on trains. I would usually watch a movie or work on a song. This is one of the songs I was working on. The title comes from one particular trip where there were extremely low clouds over the ocean and when the train was along a cliff all you could see out the window were clouds. It felt like you were flying. The spoken word is an excerpt from a E. E. Cummings poem called "I Carry Your Heart With Me."Â

I am just reposting this as I mentioned I would. I am putting my album up for free download on Soundcloud. It is not really an official release. I still have to get it mastered but these are the songs that will make the album and for the most part they are the final arrangements. I can't express how much the positive feedback I have been getting means to me. I don't perform anywhere, so this is really the first time I am able to hear what people think. These songs probably date back six or seven years. Some are very personal and some are just me having fun, but for the most part, this is my heart and it will always be free. I might put it up on Itunes eventually, but if you just send me a message I'll gladly send you a copy.Â
