#airswift If an airline provides you with above average service (staff to meet, greet & guide you) and freebies (shuttle, snacks, water, bus to Mnl) then it’s good in my book. Although some passengers were upset because they were rerouted without any advice (they said, airline says different) or options (this might be a good point, like fly-next-day option) due to airport congestion.
