- hybrids, isolation, escape, alternativity, collecting knives, knowing how to survive in the wild, being shit with technology, survival skills, survival bias, survivor's guilt, murder in the name of self defence, underdeveloped powers, wild mindset that brooks mistrust and cynicism and nihilistic idealogy,

- old gods & spirits, being immersed into the supernatural and ancient scenes and unable to let go, to the language of the ancient and the gods that no longer live breathing and have been long forgotten to the winds to whisper their names, tombs and altars, subtle signs, and the feeling of being watched and guided, discovering one's roots to the ancient civilizations and how and why you are what you are, to being a vessel of some sort for an ancient beast that does not let you go once it has gotten it's claws upon you,

- homesteading, foraging, hunting, giving back to the earth and nature, taking care of the nature, and feeling at peace within it, being born for the matter of doom, alternative & broken timelines,

- being both selfish and extremely selfless, being scared and fearful of people and death, subtle hints of paranoia, sufferance being beautiful and brutal, feelings of inadequate and being forgotten into the background, being a background character and a main character, living as a replacement and running from the government, being an unwilling rat for others to watch and being more than an unwilling vessel

- it relate to feeling othered and being a social reject for multitude of reasons, to being quiet and unassuming and avoiding conflict to one's best of abilities unless they have to seek out a fight, broken bones, cracked teeth, broken glass, bruises, blood splatters, low empathy, fighting for no cause before finding it, found family tropes, and bonding with misfits and other runaways

- it relates to train hopping, slums, homelessness, running away, abandoned buildings and vehicles, not taking accountability, patching up clothes, refusing to give up and trying to fix everything that has resulted to their current predicament while knowing well enough they have to reap what they've sown

- it relates to teenage angst, hurt/no comfort genre, punk rock & dark cabaret music, macabre themes and grotesquetity, bad horror movies, old slasher films, the MCU & DC franchises, peppermint candies

Fun fact, a lot of our neogender umbrellas are specifically composed from the themes and aesthetics of this OCverse or another one without being specifically mentioned to be related to it :D

I have etymology notes for the individual terms bc i find proto versions of languages so interesting + etymologies in general in this case bc i got to see where certain modern words came from, however this post is already really long and I don't want it to be longer, so I'll have them made into a separate post. The words used to make the referential languages are pulled from both proto Uralic & proto Finnic words. :)
