A blinding light through the shades of a hotel room too E X T R A V A G A N T to be his own wakes him. A hand covers his eyes to block it out and a light groan escapes his throat before glancing over at his partner of the P R E V I O U S night. Good, they were still asleep, or at least they S E E M E D to be, which allows him to silently slip out of bed to pull on clothes and make a Q U I C K get away.
That is until the memories of an E L V I S impersonator flash in his memory, a curled lip asking the duo if ‘they do’. F U C K, he hated drunk Danny. He pulls on the rest of his clothes before running hands down his face (he can definitely F E E L the cold silver of his left hand) before contemplating between L E A V I N G the room or S T A Y I N G. He supposes he’d have to face his... W I F E... eventually, better to just get it over with and so he goes back to the bed bending down slightly in front of the other, shaking her arm gently.
“Wakey, wakey, W I F E Y.”
