Case records are now current rather than two weeks behind. Parent communication is drafted and sent the same day rather than the following week. Student action plans are structured and specific rather than informal and vague. Six weeks of early intervention matters in a student's life. Documentation that takes six weeks to produce is documentation that doesn't serve the student. That gap is closeable.
