“S’cuse me, I’m lookin for Marisol, anyone seen her?” Aiden asked, leaning against the receptionist desk of Joyful Celebrations. It’d been a while since he’d dropped by and though he didn’t come bearing gifts, he figured if she had some time he could take her to lunch. So much had happened since the last time they’d seen each other and there was catching up to do. Too much for over phone call. Besides, what he needed to tell her was something he felt he should do in person. Not that he was worried she’d have as an adverse reaction as Ellie did. No, he doubted Sol would care at all as long as they were still friends. Ellie had been in a different head space, so it wasn’t as if he was nervous. Just ready to get it out there. That and he’d missed spending time with her in general.
As the receptionist said she’d let Sol know he was there, Aide moved to one of the lobby chairs, his arms crossed over his chest, humming softly. @marisolalvarezismss
