MY MISHA COLLINS PHOTO OP AHBL7:

I just want to share my experience of how amazing it was to meet Misha at my first ever con. And I finally got the photos scanned with great trouble. It's late and I'm really tired as I write I'm sorry. And please don’t look at my face I was too overwhelmed to even think about how I looked. 

So my row got called up for Misha photos and I started freaking out right there. The whole time I was lined up I was trying to control my breathing because I was so nervous. When I got really close to the front of the line I saw him around the corner and just went 'holy shit'. I was so so nervous I was shaking like crazy and my heart was thumping. He wouldn't stop winking at everyone in front of me and that was wild. I got up there and his presence was so calming and lovely. I think he said hi but I was too busy looking at how fucking blue his eyes were. As a lesbian, I found myself questioning my sexuality a little (it's ok the feeling passed). So I someone spluttered out actual words (I think I said something about a big hug) and he was all like sure with that soft reassuring voice. It's all a blur with the hug haha. All I remember is squeezing him really tightly. I don't remember very clearly already what the exchange was afterwards but I think he said something and I said thank you??? As I was walking away I started tearing up and I couldn't find my seat when I got back into the room because I was a little disorientated. It's still all so surreal that I got to give this guy a hug.

Misha is such an idol and inspiration to me, I wish I had the chance to tell him but I wasn't functioning properly at the time. It was an amazing experience. I’ve so much drama about how his panel was a ‘trainwreck’??? which is pretty wild. I thought it was fine, and that it had a great vibe other than the couple of rude fans and over-asked questions.

My op with Misha! Excuse my face. I had originally asked if we could lie on our stomachs with the expressions we used above. 

Misha: I absolutely would, but the carpet has just been conditioned so it’s still wet. 

Me: Ah, i’m sorry, I didn’t realise. /silently panicking and quickly trying to think of something else we can do/

Misha: Don’t worry about it, we can just do this! /puts hands under his chin and bats his eyes at me/

I kinda-not-really tried to not squish next to him too much, because I had planned to used his face to make some icons, but I didn’t realise until after I got the photo that he had leaned his head against mine.
