This is a concept for a character in my novel, Wonderland Prophecy Children.

A set of twins. The brother looks normal, like his father, jet black hair and handsome features. He seems like a normal human.

The sister. Snow white hair and pale skin. She looks like a goddess trying to hide in a human shell, but unable to contain her ethereal presence.

The brother has anger issues and was born first.

The sister is calm and quiet at first, peaceful.

Their father, the only parent they have after their mother died in childbirth, goes missing. The twins' personalities switch. The sister becomes angry with how calm her brother is, but doesn't understand why he has to be.

She doesn't know what their father gave him.

They journey to the capital, meeting a man who their father told them needed to be their guide. They discover he is their uncle on their mother's side. He is a mercenary. He has a daughter, a little younger than the twins. He has promised her he would retire after one last mission.

They get to know their uncle. He's a funny man, who is very loving. He tells them about their parents, about his late wife, and his daughter. they feel safe with him.

They get to the capital. He turns to joke, only to be felled by an enemy.

The twins are devistated. The sister spirals, screaming and crying, refusing to eat. The brother stays silent, and that is even worse.
