I'm really having fun with fanon by this point, because it's helped me move away from the bad taste the canon show has left in my mouth.
but I will admit, every once in a while I think about the canon show and it hits me like a brick when I think about how it ended. Genuinely, I never expected it to end badly. I knew realistically it wasn't going to be perfect, but I figured it'd be a "genuinely good" ending.
Again, I'm enjoying the fanon stuff sooo much, like oh my god there's so many creative people out there! And honestly, I'll eventually be able to enjoy the canon show again once enough time has passed. But right now? Thinking about how it ended like a wet fart? Damn bro, certainly wasn't expecting that. (The real twist was Stranger Things ending badly)
