The daily 3 step process for me.....Life can be such a roller coaster of up’s and down’s that its hard finding the ballance. But these 3 steps right here, truly lead to better days.

Now im nowhere close in life to being where i want to be but actually being on the journey instead of on the bench drowning in my sorrows is a pretty huge fucking win in its own right?....right 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️😬 lol.

Controlling oneself or actions is all discipline. Some of us were born with more than others and that truly shows in MANY aspects of life. Being disciplined with oneself helps you make better decisions. Be just as kind to yourself s as you are tough on yourself but make sure you stick to any plan that has you moving in the right direction.

Altering your thinking comes from self reflection. When you realize that YOU have literally been your own worst enemie for much of your adult life its a tough pill to swallow BUT, it forces you to make the necessary adjustments to your life. Your entire thought process becomes different once you honestly assess your life and your role in it being fucked up.

DELETE NEGATIVITY.....it is imperative to cleanse our being and space people. No positive advancement can be made in life if we continue holding on to the things, people and ways that got us into the fucked up places we are in. Be brave enough to cut the teather off anything thats weighing you down or slowing you up.

is a good word. It means to be very concerned about accuracy or detail. Some people are fastidious about splitting the bill in restaurants.
