Of all of the things that were tasted at the new-menu-tasting, the management was most excited about this. ⠀ _____⠀ BC Poké. For those of you that don't already know, poké (pronounced POKE-AY), is chunks of fish (in this case salmon) marinated in soy and sesame, with seaweed, fresh vegetables, rice, and topped with crisped won ton. Yes, it's kind of like sushi and yes it's completely marvelous. Light in taste and texture. Look for it in the appetizer section.
