Every time something goes wrong for me at work like getting chewed out for nothing or being told I’m not on my A game I’ve been taking steps to get myself out of there, get my actual career started, better myself, and not let my degree rot.
I’m literally bettering myself out of pettiness and spite, which is just as good a reason as any imo.
No one deserves to be in a job that gives them this much stress and anxiety. I’m done crying over my lack of scheduled hours and the way the managers treat me like shit. I wouldn’t at all be surprised if I am now showing real signs of an anxiety disorder or depression thanks to those people.
I’m gonna have to carry this distrust of higher ups with me forever for the ways they’ve blindsided me and betrayed my trust, and I’m not going to forgive them for that for a long time.
