Okay so John in his skirt. His top half is the plaid shirt and cardigan like he often does. But then he has like a dark, slightly swingy wool skirt on the bottom. And he's wearing lacy socks with his brogues.

john like shyly one night after several days of serious thought asking sherlock “hey i know you’ve told me before but, well its been a few years….when did you know you were trans? just out of curiosity” and sherlock (who unintentionally saw john googling several different terms involving nonbinary genders that week) tells him about how one day he learned about other trans men and it all just Clicked and suddenly he Understood and john is like “woah” because he felt like that earlier and john starts crying and now im crying bye
