Cool people I met at AFW15, vol. 7. 🤘 @the_promethean_reality So I’m walking through the massive vendor room, and being shy me, I’m trying to just soak it in and make as little contact as possible. Well, this tiny, almost hidden booth with incredible art catches my eye. I’m just going to glance and glean quickly, but this kid (hey, I’m oldish, everybody is starting to look like a kid) starts talking to me and verbally entices me in. I do not regret it for a second. Awesome person, art and story. Here’s hoping the comic book is a huge success. They were out of business cards, so I took a screenshot of their page so I could share about them. 🤗🤟 Moral of the story, to self, don’t be afraid to engage.
