MAYDAY ...
So today is the first day of me torturing myself with workouts and supplements. . You know the usual prework.. bcaa's, and joint juice, and a recovery to help sleep .. so I get take before picture ...yay .. I'm excited and nervous I have never really been one for supplements but I want to be as shredded as possible .. but I have to go through this bull crap work day booo.. can't wait to get certified as a trainer so I can live the life I want
