Please, there is no need to do so.

I just can't get over the fact that Ludovic isn't supposed to be named Ludovic and after knowing it everything makes so much sense.

Many game developers, Lilith included, usually name their characters to fit them. For example, you can look up the meaning of some characters' names, for example Igor, Valka, Carolina, Cyran, etc. The characters I name here, their names all fit them a lot.

Ludovic, on the other hand, means "famous warrior" and also a name that's of French origin. Given Ludovic himself being sickly and frail in life and also an artist, plus Whiteridge being inspired by Slavic regions, his name does not make sense at all, proven by my first point.

Then I found out, his original name​, when translated from Chinese (​柳博米尔), is Lyubomir (Cyrillic: Любомир), a given name of Slavic origin meaning "peace lover" or "someone who is beloved by the world". Given he was loved so much by his family, this name makes so so much more sense. They loved him, so they named him something indicating he is loved.
