I mean yeah it does play its role in the story being a nice way to reintroduce stratos back into the plot + foreshadow the whole red x thing but from SS2’s standpoint imagine how bizarre it was. like one second you’re watching a Point try to kill another Point and then all of a sudden the Point who nearly blasted with a distortion beam teleports you and another Point to a tea party? And the “big bad” from the past 300 years is sitting there?? AND CYALM’S OFFERING HIN TEA AND NOW BOTH STRATOS AND ANSHINE ARE BOTH PANICKING FOR ENTIRELY DIFFERENT REASONS.

and then reality straight up shatters on you. (and then you go fight god.)

Another thing that stands out to me is the music used. Why the song Know That You’re Mine specifically? (would enjoy to hear people’s opinions on this!)

though I do like one line in particular being: “The sky turns from blue to an orange to black” since the Points present at the tea party are, well,
