ā Itās just silent, no sound at all. Itās like somethingās waiting. ā

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā ā Ā Ā šš“š°š»š»š ? Ā ā Ā Ā shadow stood there, outside the gas station, staring at mara while , a few feet away , a sulking leprechaun smoked cheap tobacco. he wasnāt sure about the security measures that were being taken in order to keep all of them from blowing up into smithereens , but in the last few weeks , shadow had been through far more terrifying experiences. he glanced over his shoulder. mad sweeney seemed to be readying himself to take a piss. shadow was quick to look away, cringing ever so slightly. this redheadās presence was far more pleasant than his current travel partnerās. there was something about her that both soothed and alarmed him . like a beautiful sunset that could only be witnessed from the edge of a high cliff. her eyes sunk into his skin like hooks, trying to rip through the surface and see what hid beneath ... and that thought, oddly, š³šøš³š½'š š¼š°šŗš“ šš·š°š³š¾š šš·š“ š»š“š°šš š±šøš šš½š²š¾š¼šµš¾ššš°š±š»š“.
Ā ā Ā Ā āāāā i remember this song from when i was a kid. Ā ā Ā Ā a smile tugged at the corner of his lips as the ex-con made a very shyĀ ( and very weak ) attempt at singing.Ā ā Ā heaven, heaven is a place, a place where nothing ever happens ? i think it went something like that . Ā ā Ā shadow gave up halfway when realising mara hadnāt tried to stop him or sung a long. it was strange to think that the place where everyone wanted to go was nothing but a big quiet waiting room. shadow moon had done enough waiting for a lifetime. waiting in hospitals for his mother to die, waiting in jail cells for the world to forgive him ... how long had mara been waiting ? how many years had she been trapped in the horrible limbo of EXPECTATION ?Ā shadow shrugged, realising it had gotten horribly quiet between the two of them.
Ā ā Ā Ā glad youāre down here. Ā ā Ā Ā
